What data is collected, why, and who can see it.
Account data: your email, display name, a bcrypt-hashed password (never stored in plain text), and your language preference. Plus whatever you enter in your profile: specializations, industries, work, rates and availability.
Usage data: sign-in sessions (with IP and user agent, for security), profile views, and an audit log of sensitive actions. These exist for security and operations, not advertising.
No third-party advertising trackers. We do not sell your data. We do not share your contact details with anyone without an explicit action from you.
Your profile can be public, unlisted or private. In case studies you can hide the client’s name and show a “confidential client” description instead. You can also hide your rates.
You can request deletion of your account and data. Security-related audit records may be retained for a limited period for operational and legal reasons, stripped of profile content.
We use one essential session cookie for authentication (httpOnly) and one to remember your language. There are no advertising cookies.
